Pricing
Also in pricing we adhere on our high ethical standards. Our prices are fair and affordable by SMBs.
Following a briefing, we clearly define our fee depending how complex the search assignment is and how much time and effort we expect to invest. We avoid hidden charges, special surcharges and small print. We consciously offer no fees based on the annual candidates salary. This means that our Consultants have no incentive to recommend candidates with the prospect of a higher commission.
